Ajwain - Ajwaeen

"Ajwain" also Ajowan is not a seed of the fruit but the fruit itself, looks somewhat like caraway but rather more pungent & stronger aroma. Also reffered to as carom seeds but this is wrong.

"Fennel Seed" doesn't has its own name, when reffering it's simply called fennel seed as compared to with Urdu language, in which it has its own name.

"Cardamom" is strongly aromatic fragrant & is used in food and especially for flavored green tea. Extremely in common use in Indo-Pak cooking. Comes in the variety of two

"Ginger"  one of the widely used spices which origiated & is mainly used in Asia & Asia oriented dishes.

"Cumin"  also cummin
In urdu  "Zeera"  or Zeerah / Zera / Zerah / Zira / Zirah

Some people also like to refer to it as caraway seed.
