In Urdu "MoongPhali" or MungPhali
Some people dismiss pronunciating it in its original form. Hence, people mostly call it "MoomPhali" ignoring the 'ng' in the word just because it is more convenient.

"Cashew Nuts" is the name of the fruit. Cashew alone is the name of the tree, as opose to in Urdu in which the fruit has its own name instead of using the tree's name.
